Article 2. Rules of use

Tandartsencollectief may adjust these conditions at any time.
If you do not wish to accept a change or addition, you can cancel the agreement until the date it comes into effect. Use of the website after the date of entry into force constitutes acceptance of the amended or supplemented conditions.
Article 7. Other provisions
Unless otherwise prescribed by mandatory law, all disputes in connection with the website will be submitted to the competent Dutch court for the district in which Tandartsencollectief is located.

Tandartsencollectief is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the agreement to a third party who takes over the website or the relevant business activity from it.
