Complaints procedure

Within Tandartsen Collectief Rijswijk we do everything we can to offer you the best dental care and we would like to have good contact with you about this. If, despite the efforts of our employees, you feel that we have informed or treated you incorrectly or carelessly, we will first ask you to do so. to discuss with us personally. It is important to us to know what you are not satisfied with or have a problem with. We would like to explain to you why we did something in a certain way and this usually resolves ambiguities. We trust that we will find a suitable solution together.

If you cannot find a solution together, advice can be obtained by telephone from the Dental Information Point (TIP). They can advise you on what steps you can take to resolve your complaint. You do this via the special contact form on Allesoverhetgebit.nl. If this also does not provide a satisfactory solution, you can use the KNMT complaints procedure to which the practice is affiliated.
